We have just had an email from our distributors to let us know that you have sent back the faulty t-shirt. However you have also included the 2 pack of womens pants without any packaging.
As per our terms and conditions, we dont accept underwear back if they have been removed from their packaging, as for hygiene reasons, we cannot re-sell them, unless they are damaged or faulty, I enclose a link to our T's&C's.
As this is your first order with us, we will refund the money back to you, however we will not be able to this on another occasion.
We hope you are pleased with your replacement t-shirt.
